Does the development have a swimming pool?: There is a large pool planned but its construction is not yet complete (estimated completion in Spring 2009). A small pool is available on the development, and a larger pool just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Does the apartment have a roof terrace?: No, but it does have 3 terraces - 2 at the front of the property and one at the rear. This means that is almost always possible to find a sunny or shady spot at any time of the day.
Do you have any 'special offers'?: We can offer a free Welcome Pack for visitors who book the apartment less than 8 weeks before departure. This consists of a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, orange juice,water, Coke, beer, wine, bacon and cake. Be sure to clearly quote 'FREE WELCOME PACK' when booking.
Golf: 15 golf courses can be found within 20 minutes drive, including La Manga, La Torre, Villamartin, El Valle and Mosa. We have a contact in Spain who is able to offer discounts and book tee times.
