Town centre short walk comprising of restaurants, bars, club house, driving range, swimming pools, tennis courts, and children's play areas. Properties can be let as two twins or one double and one twin. Cot and highchair facilities available at no extra cost. Situated near to the town of Balsicas just a 15 mins drive to a large shopping centre (Dos Mares) which includes a cinema, 10 pin bowling alley, Food Hall including McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza and many more. You are only 15 mins from Los Alczares beach which has water sports, sailing etc and many bars and cafes. The complex is easily accessible from the airport being only 15 mins drive from San Javier airport and 50 mins drive from Alicante airport. Murcia town centre is only 20 minutes drive where you will find many fabulous shops and department stores such as El Corte Ingles. Terra Natura natural water park and zoo can be found just outside Murcia (20 mins drive) where there is fun for children of all ages. The beautiful historic town of Cartegena is also only 45 mins drive away. The complex contains many fabulous restaurants and bars to suit people of all ages. There is live entertainment in the club house and bars and bouncy castle and magician for the kids several nights a week

Notes: Beautifully appointed throughout this well equipped apartment comes with breath taking views of the golf course. It has a south facing balcony where you can dine and sunbath throughout the day and night. There are two pools (one with paddling pool, one with jacuzzi) next to the apartment block and it is only 200 yards to the town centre were you can find bars, ice cream parlour, spa, gym and restaurants. It is also only 100 yards to the club house which has bars and driving range. The wood house bar serves snacks and drinks throughout the day and Pinos Bar which has Sky TV, dart board, pool tables and internet facilities. During the day Pinos bar is also host to the children's entertainer. There is also La Encina restaurant is also located in the club house which has a 5* buffet available throughout the day. There are often many Golf and meal offers available. There is live entertainment several nights of the week in the Irish Bar and Bamboo chill out bar/restaurant.
