We are 5-10mins drive from the big sandy bay at Plestin Les Greves. You can walk to the sea from our property through the forest along lovely lanes and past Chateaux and villages. It is a long walk (2-3 hours) but when you arrive there are bars and restaurants to relax in.
The pretty harbour of Locquirec is about 15 mins drive . The historic town of Morlaix is also very worth a visit, with a fantastic Saturday Market.
The Bay of Lannion is beautiful. One enormous beach stretches from St Michel en Greve to Locquirec, at low tide you can walk hundreds of metres out onto the sands.
Lannion is pretty with many half timbered houses. It is worth climbing the 142 steps leading to the Eglise de Brelevenez - the views from the bell tower terrace are superb.
The old town of Morlaix is still, in parts, medieval. There is a huge viaduct, made out of the local pink granite. Morlaix has many royal Breton connections.
There are a wealth of festivals and concerts during the summer.
