The castle of Donnafugata is 1 mile from the property, where you can take a tour or get lost in the castles labyrinth. There are also two restaurants open all year round. Towards the coastal area you'll find Kamarina with its long sandy beach and archaeological site and museum. The wonderful Baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli are all just a 20 minutes drive, Noto and Siracusa are also within an easy drive. Villa Donnafugata has three double, two twin and one single bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house has two living areas, dining room and large kitchen. There is also a second kitchen also available located off the courtyard. The pool is located to the the back of the property and is 6 by 12 meters. The property also has sky, dvd player and stereo. Cooking and cleaning available on request.

Sicilian villa with private swimming pool and courtyard. Situated in the hills just 6 miles from the coast. A 15 Minutes drive will take you to the beautiful Unesco listed towns of Ragusa Ibla , 20 minutes drive to Modica a 30 minutes drive to Scicli and 60 minutes to Noto. The province of Ragusa and Siracusa are two of the best areas in Sicily with wonderful sandy beaches. This sicilian villa has been restored and has many original , there are two alfresco areas one by the swimming pool and one in the typical sicilian courtyard. The downstairs bedrooms lead directly to the swimming pool. The villa was once owned by a Sicilian family and it was the country retreat. The beach at Kamarina is 6 miles away, there is a great sany beach at Kamarina, there is also a small mueseum, 2 golf coursed opening very soon. Marina di Ragusa is a 15 minutes drive and there are many restaurants and bars in Marina di Ragusa. Santa croce is the nearest town and is just a 5-10 minutes drive .

Notes: Sicilian Villa is set in the hills with a prjvate swimming pool and garden . The sicilian villa is a 6 mile drive from the coast at Kamarina. White sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa are just a 15 -20 minutes drive away. The Castle of Donnafugata is approximately 1 mile from the property, there are three restaurants a pizzeria and bar at the castle all of which are open all year . This pool is 14 x 6 meter which is exclusive to the property there is also 4000 square meters of land surrounding the property and a lovely typical sicilian 400 square meter courtyard with a nice alfresco area and barbecue for dining outside. From the balconies and the land close to the pool there is a nice view of the countryside and the sea in the distance. There are plenty of Unesco's Baroque towns to visit, Ragusa Ibla, Modica , Scicli , Noto and Siracusa. Agrigento and Piazza Amerina are also within a 2 hours drive.
