Changeover day: Saturday. Arrival after 3pm, departure before 11am please. Suitability: children welcome, there is however two balconies with high hand rails in the apartment and parents must supervise children at all times, non smoking only, sorry no pets. Allocated parking for one vehicle, although extra spaces are available. We personally meet everyone at the apartment on their arrival, in order to hand over the keys and give a brief tour of the apartment and answer any questions you may have.     The prices shown are for 6 people sharing, in 2 doubles and 1 twin room

    We provide a hamper of essential ingredients to make your short break or holiday arrival effortless including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar, small loaf & butter and local preserve.
  • Seven-night breaks start and finish on a Saturday. All prices include free linen (all beds are made up ready for your arrival), Towels(a large selection are included in both bathrooms). All heating, lighting and unlimited hot water are inclusive. We also include washing-up liquid, tea towels, oven glove, kitchen and toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and conditioner.

    There is a general store / post office in the complex which is open from March to October 08.00 - 13.00 off peak and 08.00 - 21.00 during peak season.
  • We require a £100 deposit on booking which covers breakages and damages / loss. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure, provided that the property is returned in a similar condition as it was found.

    A £50 excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit where the apartment is left in an unreasonably dirty condition. ie wine / coffee stains on carpets, children's drawings on walls, furniture etc

Notes: The Marina Control Office has industrial Washing and Drying Facilities for large items at minimal cost. For the Gourmets amongst you there are plenty of local fisherman on the Marina who are only to pleased to sell you freshly caught fish, lobster, prawns, crabs etc I personally like the shellfish eaten within hours of being caught!! There are also several farm shops locally along with butchers who supply local organic meats. There are several good to excellent eating houses within a 10 minute walk along the promenade of the apartment and booking for most is essential.
