This apartment is situated in a great position opposite the new hotel that is being build and is furnished to an extremely high standard. It sleeps up to 6 people in 2 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, the apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The lounge has French doors opening on to a spacious private terrace with luxury patio furniture and fantastic views of the swimming pool and both bedrooms have French doors opening on to a small balcony.

  • The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid.

    There are three ways that you can pay :-

    Send a cheque made out to 1st-4-Villas Ltd to our office at 19 Graham Gardens, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT28 1XE.

    Make a bank transfer to our 1st-4-Villas account.

    Pay using PayPal – we just need your email address to send you payment details.
  • Baby equipment is available, i.e. cot, highchair, buggy or car seat at a cost of 20 Euros per item per week.
    If you want a welcome pack arranged for you these start at 20 Euros.
    If you want an airport transfer this can be arranged.
