  • All of the bedrooms are decorated to a high standard, and include wardrobes, bedside tables, with reading lamps, dressing tables and chairs. A cot is available on request, (please bring own bedding for cot) and can be housed in any bedroom except bedrooms 4 and 5. There is a 'snug' outside bedroom 3, where you can relax, away from the main living area. (The cot could be located here if you wanted it near, but not in one of the bedrooms). There is also a Z-Bed available, if the existing sleeping arrangements don't meet your requirements. For example, the upstairs twin room can easily accommodate the extra bed making it an ideal triple room for 3 children who prefer to share a room. (There is a small additional charge if extra bedding is required. Please notify us in advance if you require this).

Notes: The spacious well equipped kitchen has an Esse oil-fired range which is supplemented with an electric oven and hob and a microwave. From the Family dining room, there are patio doors opening out to the terrace. Here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The living room seats 10 people on 3 setees and comfortable tub chairs. There is also a table and chairs in this room. The room benefits from a wonderful log-burning stove. Entertainment is provided by a TV, (with FreeSat), DVD player and CD/Radio.
