Our beautiful vacation villa (150 m2) is surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden, with an open terrace of 20 m2 and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda. From here, we will have a panoramic and marvellous sea view. The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbecue and grill sets are available for your use. The living room (30 m2) in villa has a satellite TV, Internet access available ( 1024 Mb. DSL) and is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine. There are 5 bedrooms in each villa (18m2, 12m2, 10m2, 7m2 and a 20m2 attic room) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds. There are 3 bathrooms.

  • The rates is 180-300 Euro for low Season (01.11.-31.03).. 250-440 Euro for mid. Season (01.04.-14.06 and 16.09-31.10).. 440-710 Euro for high season 15.06-15.09..All Prices ( in Euro - € ) are given as a group price (For 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 People).

    Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 440 € for high season, 250 € mid-season, 200 € for low-season. For each additional person we add 45 € in high season, 30 € in mid-season, 20 € in low-season.. Transfer round trip airport is available. For cars: 120,- Euro (in total). For a minibus: 180,- Euro (in total). Rent-a-car is also available. Tours to Cesme, Izmir (city), Ephesus and boat tours are available. The charges include electricity, water, gas, housekeeping and one set of bedding per person (At arrival). Towels have to be brought by the customer (could be rent). .

Cesme lies (~80 km) west of Izmir on Turkey's Aegean coast, it is within easy reach of Izmir or Adanan Mendres International Airport (via a modern 6 lane highway) and can also be reached by ferry from the Italian port of Brindisi, or the Greek Island of Chios (in Turkish called Sakiz).
