The Area:
For those seeking a more peaceful break, the immediate area is one of tranquil beauty with hills, forests and natural silver birch woodland. Empty roads wind their way up the Strath to the head of one of Inverness-shire's prettiest valleys - the Findhorn. Fishing is available on the River Findhorn.

By car take the A9 from Perth to Inverness. Approximately 3 miles north of the turn off to Carrbridge, a dual carriageway begins almost immediately take the left turn sign posted to Raigbeg and Balvraid ( if you go over the huge viaduct over the River Findhorn you have gone too far. Approx 1 mile ahead take sharp left signposted ' Clune 2 miles'. Approx 1 mile past here you will find 'The Press' set in 50 yards back from the road and adjoining alongside to a plantation.
